I am motivated by a belief in the healing properties of movement, and love nothing more than the questions that arise both physically and mentally within it. I see Pilates as an athletic healing modality that provides a foundation for bodies to endure, grow, and support. Focusing on proper biomechanics, access to breath, and self awareness, I aim to provide sessions that are exploratory, empowering, flow-driven, and positive.
Available for online, in-studio, or in-home sessions.
All sessions are 55 minutes and have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
